Mesa Tactical Saddle Rails have 6061-T6 brackets of aluminum which enfold the shotgun receiver’s top. The trigger pins (factory) are substituted with thread steel pins inside; here, the saddle rail’s two sections are firmly bolted.

Type III anodization is used on the Mesa Tactical Side Saddle rail for a rough surface finish. We provide an edition of Remington Saddle Rail which is inclusive of a SureShell shot shell carrier. (Check the part for SureShell carrier for additional specifics).

The Saddle Rail we have is especially contoured to facilitate functioning of a semi-atomatic bolt on the receiver’s right side; therefore, it can be fixed on Remington 1100 as well as Remington 11-87 shotguns (semi-auto) and pump shotguns for Remington 870.
To fix, no gunsmithing or fitting is required.
